PJV DESIGN STUDIO team will meet with you at your property or via video conference to discuss your project. This first step is where you brief us on the scope of your project, your lifestyle, your style, your inspirations, your timeline and budget so that we fully understand your ideas, wants and need. At this time, we will present our project proposal and consultation fees - allowing you to make an informed decision.
After discussing the brief together, confirming the direction and how much involvement you as the client like, we will take your brief and work on creative designs and solutions for your space. In our second meeting (held in our Design Studio), we will present 2-3 floor layouts and an overall concept ready for your input and collaboration. Once we’ve finalised the design together, we will draw it up to scale using AutoCAD / Sketchup so that we can hand you A3 copies at our net meeting. While we are preparing these A3 drawings (between session 2 and 3), you will need to select and confirm all appliances and fixtures required. We will supply you with a list of items and sizes for you to choose from.
Meeting three (3) is when the fun begins!! We will take you on a shopping excursion to choose all your fittings, fixtures and finishes. These might include benchtop suppliers, tapware, baths, joinery finishes etc. We will take all this information away with us, and in our final meeting, we will present everything in a cohesive document that is critical in ensuring that joinery finishes, hardware items, benchtops etc. all work withing the design when drawn to scale.
As the design process draws to a close, you will have accurate designs established, materials and selections prices. From here, you have the opportunity to bring your designs to life through our comprehensive Design Management service, which includes:
**Allocation of reputable and qualified builder / trades people,
**Liaising with the building designer for permits including engineering, planning permits etc
**Supply of all fittings, fixtures, and finishes,
**Design Management from conception to completion of the project,
**Installation and final styling of all furniture, accessories, and window furnishings at the completion of the build.

PJV DESIGN STUDIO offers a complete Design Management service overseeing every part of your interior project, allowing you to relax and enjoy the process knowing your project is in qualified hands. Our comprehensive service ensures that your project runs smoothly and to budget. The service includes the allocation of proven and skilled trades, the sourcing and supply of all fittings, fixtures and finishes, regular site meetings ensuring work is being carried out to specifications and management of your project from concept to completion.
Note: Design Management fees are costed on an individual project basis.
